"If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, then riddle them with bullets. "

James Cameron Patrick Gallagher came into the world with a chip on his shoulder. The son of poor immigrants, he rose through the ranks of the Irish mob to be a major crime boss. Quick to anger, he took nothing from anyone and refused to be tamed until the day a Portuguese immigrant’s daughter crossed his path.

Instantly in love, Gallagher defied everyone to claim her for his own. He adored his wife and was trying to go straight when fate intervened. As he rushed to the hospital to be with her while she labored to bring their son into the world, he was shot dead by the authorities. He had surrendered to the cops, but they shot him dead in cold blood.

Barely one hundred years old, he is one of the youngest of the Dark-Hunters and is still getting used to his powers and responsibilities. He is still wild and untamed, and extremely unpredictable.

It says that Wulf is Gallaghers best friend, but how is that possible when Gallagher isn't even related to Wulf? The curse on Wulf would mean that Gallagher forgets him every time he left his presence.

If you remember from the book, there is a modern day loop hole with the internet and phones. Modern Hunters who interact with Wulf online and on the phone, such as Talon and Gallagher, remember Wulf because they're not "in" his presence. They can speak to him and remember him. They just wouldn't remember "meeting" him in person.
