Chara

Atlantean Goddess of Joy

Smile. It makes people wonder what you're up to.

It is said Chara was born the moment Archon first looked at his half-sister Apollymi. His heart swelled to ten times its normal size and out of it popped Agapa (love) and Chara (joy).

She was often seen in Atlantean murals walking or standing between Isorro and Basi. She was the most favored child of Archon, and all the gods loved her.

As with many of her brethren, she could be capricious, giving pleasure in one minute and then taking it away in the next. The Atlantean people often sacrificed to her in hopes of keeping her good will and ensuring they would prosper and be happy.
