Sherri began collecting names when she was in elementary school. For years she kept them in spiral bound notebooks. Once she started writing, she diligently typed them in and then put them in ring binders. The writers from the critique group loved them. It was Cathy Maxwell who told her she needed to publish the list. Kenyon tried, but no one wanted them. On her fourth attempt at Writer's House, they finally bought it.
